Patrick Effiong Etim Esq.
Managing Partner
Patrick E. Etim is a graduate of Law from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus with honours. He was called to bar in 1992. Having acquired 24 years post call experience, Patrick Etim has been exposed to all forms of corporate law and litigation. He previously worked as Crew Legal Adviser in Compagnie Generale de Geophysique, a multinational seismic company, where he handled issues on litigation, negotiations and compensations on their behalf.

He is directly in charge of dealing with all the Embassies and has over 10 years experience dealing with various embassies in Nigeria, where he has advised on varied areas, including employment and termination of local staff, taxation of local staff, immunities and privileges with respect to processes and litigation, enforcement of Grant Contracts with NGOs engaged by various embassies, asylum cases and general advise on Verification. Ha has vast experience with regards to document verifications and investigations for the various embassies and currently supervises the activities of all lawyers and investigators involved in verifications and investigations.

He has experience in Litigation, Property and General legal practice and has several publications to his name. He is the Managing Partner in the firm and also heads the Litigation/Document Verifications Departments of the Firm.

Eberechi Ifeonu, Ph.D
Eberechi Ifeonu, Ph.D, is a partner in the law firm of Rayfield Associates. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the firm of Punuka Attorneys and Solicitors as a Senior Associate.

He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, in 2001, and, thereafter, proceeded to the Nigerian Law School from where he received his BL degree and was called to the Bar in 2003. From both institutions, he graduated with second class (upper division). Shortly after his Call, he joined

the law firm of Chuma Nwosu & Co., a boutique firm based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, as an associate but would quickly rise to the position of a senior associate.

In 2008, he was awarded the prestigious Killam scholarship by Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, to undertake a master‟s degree and, upon completion in 2009, obtained an LLM degree (distinction). In 2015, he also obtained a doctorate degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada (first class).

Eberechi has won so many awards, including the University of British Columbia‟s prestigious Four Year Fellowship (4YF).He is the author of a book and multiple articles in international law journals, and has also presented papers at several international conferences.

Eberechi has over 12 years post-call experience, split between active litigation and graduate research. His core practice interest areas are litigation, corporate and commercial practice, debt recovery, and labour/employment law. He is also interested in international human rights law, and international criminal law (particularly international corporate criminal liability).

2009 Chosen by Prof Richard Devlin, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies and Research (Faculty of Law, Dalhousie University) as Rapporteur, International Law Commission‟s Public Lecture titled "Enhancing Canada‟s Voice on the Work of the International Law Commission," held at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada. Volunteered to serve in the Search Committee for a new Associate Dean, Graduate Studies and Research, Faculty of Law, Dalhousie University, Canada.

Mark Davids Ndukwe
Mark Davids Ndukwe was called to the bar in 2005. He graduated with honours from the University of NIgeria, Nsukka - Enugu Campus, Nigeria. A self-starter willing to work under pressure with little or no supervision, he has been involved in the last 5 years with verification and investigations on behalf of many clients of the firm. outside official duties, Mr. Ndukwe is a volunteer with and NGO in NIgeria where he helps to identify and address instances of Human Rights Violations.

Imaobong Fabian Edem
Imaobong Fabian Edem graduated from the University of Ibadan and was called to the bar in 2011. She had a her National Service with the firm from 2011-2012 and was retained. She is the firm researcher and has conducted several researches for the partners.
Ayoshile Kuforiji-Kehinde
Ayoshile Kuforiji-Kehinde obtained her LL.B from Babcock University in 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Surrey, England in 2014. She has gained invaluable experience in corporate and commercial law transactions, and actively participated in several transactions including providing advisory services to funds and financial institutions, national and multinational companies in various sectors, like insurance, banking, solid minerals, and maritime. Ayoshile specialises in corporate commercial transactions, corporate finance, investment, merger and acquisitions and maritime law.
Pamela Enekebe
Pamela Enekebe was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She graduated from the University of Abuja with a Second Class Upper degree with honours.

Prior to joining the firm, she acquired experience in processing applications with regard to corporate matters as well as rendering legal opinions. She currently engages in litigation, legal research, background checks/investigations, corporate and immigration matters for the firm. With her working knowledge of French, she is able to communicate with the firm's French-speaking clients.

Pamela also has a flair for the visual arts and has donated one of her paintings to the Nigerian High Commission in New Delhi, India. Upon request, the same painting was replicated and taken to the UN Headquarters in New York where it currently hangs.

Adetola Raheem
Adetola Raheem is a young lawyer bringing innovative ideas into law practice in Nigeria. He obtained his LL.B from the University of Ilorin in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar the following year.

As a corporate commercial law practitioner, he has created a niche for himself in taxation, contract, investments and intellectual property. His day-to-day role largely involves helping businesses break into new markets, advising them on compliance and taxation and protecting their brands.

Adetola has worked with national and multinational corporations, governments and regulatory bodies and many leading funds and financial institutions, which has exposed him to high quality clients and teams with excellent internal resources and expertise.
Diana Nwahiri
Diana Nwahiri graduated from the Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State, Nigeria in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She works in the Documents Verification Department and helps in the compilation of reports from the various lawyers and investigators working with the firm.

Nsoh Junior Fru
Nsoh Junior Fru is a Cameroonian. He obtained his Law Degree in 2011 from the University of Yaounde II, SOA, Cameroon. He also obtained a Maitrice in Business Law in 2012 from the same university. He attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He is multi-lingual and speaks English and French fluently. He is responsible for co-ordinating verifications in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Equitorial Guinea and Gabon.

Precious Ifeoma Edumoh
Precious Ifeoma Edumoh; Lawyer.She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2011 from the University of Abuja and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She is also a certified ADR specialist. She works as a senior associate.
